Baby Belly: Prenatal and Post-partum
Open to women carrying 1-7 months and women 4 weeks post-partum(C-sections 6 weeks post-partum.) This class is a modified Belly 1 adults class with a special class on Bellydance during labour.
Students in this class will be learning some the most basic and standard movements that make up Raqs al Sharqi (Egyptian oriental dance, Bellydance)
In this class we further explore the movements learnt in Belly 1 and expand what we can do with those movements. New movements will be taught that complement what the students have already learnt.

Students in this class will be learning the beginnings of layering. Some new steps and technique will be introduced, as well as building on what has already been learnt in past levels. The student will also begin learning about the history of Bellydance. A choreography will be taught at this level.
In this class we further explore the movements learnt in Belly 2 and expand what we can do with those movements. New movements will be taught that complement what the students have already learnt.
Advanced bellydance technique is taught. Solos and improv are examined. Students are required to choreograph and perform a solo piece
Mommy and Baby Belly: Babywearing Class
Spend an hour learning how to bellydance and bonding with your baby. This is a Belly 1 class with the added twist of baby wearing. Wraps and Carriers are required for this class. For babies 0-18 months
Mama and Toddler Free Dance
Dancing is a great way to exercise with your little one. This class will teach a few beginner bellydance moves for the Moms, but will mostly concentrate on free dance/movement. Toddlers aged 19 months -4 years welcomed.
All Belly levels are invited to take part in this class if you need to make up a missed class during the current session.
Heavy Metal Fusion Belly
2-3 years minimum experience in Bellydance required. Traditional bellydance movement will be mixed with the movements seen in the heavy metal community. Students with neck issues must get written permission from their doctor(s) to take part in this class.
All Belly levels are invited to take part. 1 hour of straight dancing. The students follow the movements of the teacher; no technique is taught.
